Conceptualize and create graphic design requests for national campaigns, internal teams, and franchise partners, overseeing projects from intake through delivery; print and paid media. I lead and coordinate a design team based in Croatia, while continuously improving creative operations by rebuilding the company-wide filing system, creating SOPs for file ingestion and organization, and optimizing the art request process to reduce friction and turnaround time. I’ve also championed strategic equipment upgrades to support long-term production needs and oversee and execute photo/video projects end-to-end; including budgeting, pre-production, production, and post-production.
